On 27 January 2010 Riga Regional Court rejected the claim of the insolvent AS “Kaija” on the recovery of 610 665,44 lats from AS "Latvijas Krājbanka", which AS "Kaija" as a guarantor paid to the bank according to the terms of the Contract of guarantee. The full text of the judgement of the Court will available on 10 February 2010 and it can be appealed within 20 days.
