When using Krājbanka’s Mobile Banking transaction mode in addition to the options offered by the read-only mode, you can complete transactions* in LVL or in other currencies through your mobile phone. Mobile Banking provides the possibility to make transactions by first making them as templates using Online Banking.

Making of Templates

In order to make payments in the Mobile Banking system, it is necessary to do the following using Online Banking:

  • to develop a template for the payment by completing it with the required details;
  • to save this payment form as a template for Mobile Banking use (the name of the template cannot exceed 10 signs).

Managing of Transactions

You have to:

  1. Apply for the transaction by sending a message to the Mobile Banking service code. After receiving your message Krājbanka sends details of the chosen transaction and a request to approve the payment by entering the number of the Code Card and a code from the Code Card or the authorization.
  2. Approve the transaction by sending the payment approval message and indicating any unused codes from your Code Card or the authorization code from the Code calculator. Krājbanka sends back an approval that the payment order has been executed or an explanatory rejection in case the transaction is not completed due to certain reasons.

* Via Mobile banking you can send standard priority payments and express priority payments in BYR, UAH, RUB and KAZ currencies.
