Direct Debit
Through the Krājbanka Direct debit service, you can pay Lattelekom, Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, Tele2 and Rigas Udens bills.

How does direct debit work?

  • You file a direct debit order with Krājbanka.
  • When the time comes to pay the bill, Krājbanka transfers the sum that is stated on the bill to the account of the  company.
  • You’ll continue to receive your phone bill, but now it will be only for your information.
  • When you receive printouts of your account, you will be able to see that the bill has been paid.

Security

  • In order to protect yourself against the payment of unnecessary bills, you can specify the maximum sum that is to be paid for any one bill.
  • Krājbanka will not pay bills which exceed the limit that you set.

Arranging for direct debit services

  • You can arrange for Direct debit services at any of Krājbanka Client Service Centers, regardless of the branch at which you want to open the account.
  • You must fill out the Direct debit order form and submit it to Krājbanka.
  • If the direct debit order form is submitted till the end of the month, Krājbanka will begin making the payments in the following month.

You will never have to worry about forgetting to pay your bills - they will be paid automatically, and Krājbanka will make sure that the payment is made.
