1If Krājbanka doubts the validity of a check, Krājbanka is entitled to collect a charge stated in 1.1.2. In case a check accepted at encashment is returned unpaid, the charge requested by a foreign bank shall be additionally collected from a customer.
2Is applied in addition to the fee defined in 1.1.1. In case the charge requested by a foreign bank exceeds the charge stated in 1.1.2., Krājbanka will deduct the additional charge in order to eliminate the losses.
3Krājbanka will pay a check in cash if its amount is less than 999.99 LVL equivalent, above 1000 LVL equivalent – will be paid in to the customer’s account in Krājbanka.
4Krājbanka will make a decision on immediate payment of a check.
